摘要
学科服务是高校图书馆应对用户需求,为工作的创新与发展,提升服务层次的新举措。通过对江西省22所全日制普通本科院校图书馆所做的调研,发现江西省高校图书馆对学科服务已达成共识,且进行了一些积极探索,并初见成效。它们以地方研究基地和优势学科为学科服务重点,把信息素质教育作为学科服务着力点,搭建学科资源服务互动平台,探寻参与嵌入课程、科研的服务活动。同时,地方高校学科服务发展也存在不足的地方,如学科服务只集中于用户信息素质教育和学科资源建设范畴,合作教学未得到全面推广,学科资源整合不足,服务深度和广度与服务理念还存在一定差距。突破地方高校图书馆学科服务瓶颈必须加强学科服务战略规划,进行学科服务定位与角色定位,主动出击,契合学科用户需求,加强沟通协作,探寻合作项目,健全激励机制。
Subject Service is a new measure taken by local colleges to meet the needs of users,promote the innovation and development of work,and improve the service level.Through the investigation in the libraries of 22 undergraduate colleges and universities in Jiangxi province,people can find the libraries of Jiangxi's colleges and universities have reached a consensus,and made some positive probes,which have achieved some initial effects.These libraries take the local research base and advantage subjects as their service focus,and the information quality education as the key point.They build up the interactive platform of subject resources,and probe into the ways of participating in activities of embedded course and scientific research.However,there are also defects in the development of local colleges' subject service.For example,the subject service focuses only on the users' information quality education and the construction of subject resources;cooperation teaching hasn't been fully popularized;the subject resources haven't been completely integrated;there is still a gap between the service depth and service concept.To break through the bottleneck of local colleges' subject service,it is necessary to establish and improve the strategic plan of subject service,to position the subject service and its role,to accord with the needs of the subject users,to improve the communication and cooperation,to seek cooperation projects and to improve the incentive mechanism.
