槟榔不同部位水提液对小鼠生理指标的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Water Extract from Different Parts of Betelnut on Physiological Indexes in Mice

摘要 本试验旨在探索槟榔鲜果不同部位水提液对小鼠生理指标的影响,试验分别选用4周龄和7周龄SPF级KM小鼠,体重分别为(18±2)g和(35±2)g,将48只4周龄小鼠随机分成4组,雌雄各半,4组分别采用槟榔鲜果果皮、果仁和全槟榔水提液及蒸馏水(对照组,CK)对小鼠灌胃,每天1次,连续14d,测定小鼠的存活率、采食量、饮水量和体温。将36只7周龄雄鼠随机分为4组,灌胃方法同上,测定小鼠精子畸形率。结果表明,果仁处理组的小鼠在试验的第6天全部死亡,其它处理组均无死亡;与CK组相比,各槟榔处理组小鼠的采食量和饮水量均减少,其中果仁处理组最低且与其它处理组差异显著(P<0.05),全槟榔组次之;各槟榔处理组小鼠的体温均低于CK组,其中果皮处理组体温变化最小并与CK组相似(P>0.05),果仁处理组小鼠体温最低且与其它处理组差异显著(P<0.05);与CK组相比,各槟榔处理组的小鼠精子畸形率均提高,其中果仁处理组的精子畸形率最高(P<0.01),其次是全槟榔处理组(P<0.01),然后是果皮处理组(P<0.05),同时3个槟榔处理组间差异亦达极显著(P<0.01)。本试验结果说明槟榔鲜果果仁水提液对小鼠产生的影响最大,其次是全槟榔水提液,果皮水提液对小鼠影响较小。 The experiment was aimed to explore the influence of water extract from fresh betelnut's different parts on physiological indexes in mice.Four-week-old and seven-week-old SPF KM mice at the weight of(18±2)g and(35±2)g were used in the experiment,respectively.48four-week-old mice with half male and half female were randomly divided into four groups.These mice were intragastricly administered with distilled water(control group,CK),water extract from betelnut,water extract from fresh betelnut's peels and seeds once a day and were observed for 14 days to determine the survival rate,feed intake,water intake and body temperature.36sevenweek-old male mice were randomly divided into 4groups to determine deformity rate of sperm in mice,and the intragastric administration was the same as above.The results showed that the survival rate of betelnut's seeds were 0at the sixth day,and other treatments had no death;Compared with CK,the experimental treatments' feed intake and water intake were reduced,and they were the lowest in the betelnut's seeds treatment and had significant difference with other treatments(P〈0.05),the betelnut treatment took the second place.All the treatments' body temperature were lower than CK,and the peels treatment's body temperature was the most stable oneand was similar to CK(P〉0.05),the body temperature in the betelnut's seeds treatment was the lowest and had significant difference with other treatments(P〈0.05).Compared to CK,the other 3treatments all increased sperm deformity rate of mice,the highest sperm deformity rate went to betelnut's seeds treatment(P〈0.01),and betelnut treatment took the second place(P0.01),then was the peels treatment(P〈0.05),moreover,there were extremely significant difference among these 3treatments(P〈0.01).The results showed that the water extract from fresh betelnut's seeds had the greatest influence on mice,then was the water extract from betelnut,while the impact of water extract from fresh betelnut's peels was less.
