早期系统化健康教育对母亲情绪及婴儿智能的影响

摘要 目的:分析早期系统化健康教育对母亲情绪及婴儿智能的影响。方法:选择我院妇产科87例健康婴儿作为观察对象。按照随机数字表法,将其分为对照组(n=45)实施常规健康教育,观察组(n=42)实施早期系统化健康教育。对比2组婴儿智能情况及母亲情绪状态。结果:干预后,与对照组比较,观察组母亲焦虑、抑郁评分更低,婴儿精细运动、大运动、适应能力、社会行为及语言能力方面发育商更高(P<0.01)。结论:早期系统化健康教育对促进婴儿智能发育,缓解母亲焦虑、抑郁情绪具有重要意义。 Objective:To analysis the effect of early systematic health education on mother mood and baby intelligence. Methods:A total of 87 cases of healthy infants were enrolled. According to random number table, they were divided into control group (n=45) who received routine health education,observation group (n=42) who received early systematic health education. Smart baby and mother's emotional state were compared in two groups. Results:After the intervention, compared with control group, anxiety and depression scores in mother was lower, and fine motor, the big movement, adaptability, social behavior and the development of language ability in baby were higher in observation group (P〈 0.01) . Conclusion:Early systematic health education to promote infant intelligence development,mother relieve anxiety,depression,mood is of great significance.
