摘要
[目的]探索没食子酸(gallic acid,GA)对水稻细菌性条斑病菌[Xanthmonas oryzae pv.oryzicola,(Xoc)]的抑制机制。[方法]用生理生化的方法测定GA对Xoc呼吸作用和核酸及蛋白质合成的影响。[结果]GA处理的病菌,其培养液中丙酮酸含量提高,菌体中的苹果酸脱氢酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶活性下降。GA分别与丙二酸、碘乙酸和磷酸钠同时处理对病原菌呼吸抑制作用的叠加率,以GA与丙二酸叠加处理的为最小。GA处理菌体的DNA、RNA和蛋白质掺入抑制率分别为51.48%、37.09%和62.38%。[结论]GA的抑菌作用是通过影响Xoc的呼吸作用和抑制核酸及蛋白质的生物合成而起作用。
[Aims ] This study aims to search for the antibacterial mechanism of gallic acid(GA) against Xanthmonas oryzae pv. oryzicola(Xoc). [Methods ] Physiological and biochemical method was applied to measure energy generation, nucleic acid and protein biosynthesis in the pathogen after treatment with GA. [Results ] After the treatment of Xoc with GA, the pyruvate content increased in the pathogen culture liquid. Meanwhile, GA could also inhibit the activity of malate dehydrogenase and succinate dehydrogenase of the bacteria. The superpose rate of GA added to propanedioic acid against the respiratory of the pathogen was lower than that of GA added to iodoacetic acid and trisodium phosphat. When bacterial cell was treated with GA, the incorporation inhibition rate of DNA, RNA and protein were 51.48, 37.09, 62.38%, respectively. [Conclusions ] GA can inhibit the respiratory and nucleic acid and protein biosynthesis of Xoc.
