摘要
[目的]筛选Potter喷雾塔法测定丁醚脲对二斑叶螨敏感品系室内生物测定的最佳实验操作条件,为真实反映药剂对螨类的毒力提供依据。[方法]采用正交设计,设置不同的喷雾压力、喷雾剂量及沉降时间组合,综合各组合试验结果筛选出最佳操作条件。[结果]不同喷雾剂量下,沉积量都随喷雾压力和沉降时间的增加而减少;在相同剂量和沉降时间下,沉积量随喷雾压力增大而减少;在相同剂量和喷雾压力下,沉积量随沉降时间延长而减少;在相同喷雾压力和沉降时间下,沉积量与喷雾剂量成正比。方差分析结果表明,喷雾压力和喷雾剂量对沉积量有显著性影响,而沉降时间对其影响不显著。在相同的喷雾剂量下,丁醚脲对二斑叶螨的毒力随喷雾压力增大而减弱;在相同的喷雾压力下,毒力随喷雾剂量增加而增强。[结论]综合分析叶碟表面雾滴沉降与生物测定结果,推荐使用喷雾压力20 kPa,喷雾剂量1 mL;或者喷雾压力50 kPa,喷雾剂量1~1.5 mL作为二斑叶螨Potter喷雾塔法室内生物测定的最佳实验操作条件。
[Aims ] The study aims to screen out the optimum operation condition to test toxicity of diafenthiuron to against Tetranychus urticae using Potter spray tower method. [Methods ] By setting different spray pressure, spray dosage and settling time, the best operation condition was screened by means of orthogonal experiment method.[Results ] Deposition weight decreased with increase of the spray pressure and settling time at the different spray dosage. Deposition weight decreased with increase of the spray pressure at the same of spray dosage and settling time.Deposition weight decreased with extension of the settling time at the same spray dosage and spray pressure. Deposition weight was proportional to the spray dosage at the same spray pressure and settling time. The results showed that there were significant relation between spray dosage, pressure and deposition weight, but settling time was not significant.The toxicity of diafenthiuron to T. urticae decreased with increase of the spray pressure at the same spray dosage, and it increased with increase of the spray dosage at the same spray pressure. [Conclusions ] The result indicated that the optimum operation condition of acaricide toxicity using Potter spray tower method were 20 kPa with 1 mL or 50 kPa with 1-1.5 mL to T. urticae.
