摘要
[目的]建立一种同时分析抑霉唑和咯菌腈的高效液相色谱法。[方法]采用Inertsil C_(8-3)色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,以乙腈-水(体积比96∶4)为流动相,在220 nm波长下,对25%抑霉唑·咯菌腈悬乳剂进行定性定量分析。[结果]抑霉唑和咯菌腈的相对标准偏差分别为0.86%和0.98%,线性相关系数分别为0.9991、0.9991,平均回收率分别为95.56%和97.89%。[结论]高效液相色谱法灵敏快速,适合25%抑霉唑·咯菌腈混配制剂的含量检测。
[Aims ] A HPLC method was developed for separation and quantitative analysis of imazalil and fludioxonil.[Methods ] The quantitative analysis of imazalil·fludioxonil 25% SE was conducted with the mixture of acetonitrile and water(96:4, by vol) as mobile phase, and with, Inertsil C_(8-3)column and DAD detector at 220 nm. [Results ] The variation coefficients of imazalil and fludioxonil were 0.86 and 0.98%, the linear correlation coefficients were both0.9991, and the average recoveries were 95.56 and 97.89%, respectively. [Conclusions ] The method is simple, quick and suitable for analysis of imazalil·fludioxonil 25% SE.
