乙基多杀菌素对水稻蓟马的生物活性及对水稻的安全性 被引量:8

摘要 [目的]评价乙基多杀菌素对水稻蓟马的效果。[方法]采用室内生物测定和田间药效法。[结果]乙基多杀菌素处理水稻蓟马(Stenchaetothrips biformis)24 h的LC_(50)、LC_(90)值分别为0.1075、0.7214 mg/L,与毒死蜱的毒效比为15.76。6%乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂用量13.5、18、22.5、27、36 g a.i./hm^2于药后表现出较好的速效性和持效性。在使用剂量36~144 g a.i./hm^2范围内喷施6%乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂对水稻安全,未观察到明显药害。[结论]乙基多杀菌素可以有效安全防治水稻蓟马。 [Aims ] This paper aims to evaluate the insecticidal activity of spinetram on rice thrips. [Methods ] Laboratory bioassay and field efficacy were adopted. [Results ] The LC_(50) and LC_(90)values of spinetoram at 24 h against Stenchaetothrips biformis were 0.1075 and 0.7214 mg/L, respectively. The relative toxicity of spinetoram against chlorpyrifos was 15.76. Spinetoram 6% SC at application rates of 13.5, 18, 22.5, 27 and 36 g a.i./ha provided quick knock down and long residual efficacy control of S. biformis. Results of crop safety trials indicated that spinetoram 6% SC at application rates of 36-144 g a.i./ha was safe to rice and no phytotoxicity was observed. [Conclutions ] Spinetoram6% SC could provide good efficacy control of S. biformis and it is safe to rice.
