摘要 本文从AVEVA智能P&ID设计系统标准化实施及应用着手,介绍该系统在实际项目上的运作流程,相对于传统的设计模式,智能P&ID设计系统建立起标准化的设计流程、数据库、图例和相关规则,使得协同设计效率高、管理可靠、成果移交经济便捷、质量可控。同时总结在实施过程中遇到的问题,主要涉及管理与集成设计平台的融合,并对智能P&ID设计系统深层次的应用提出建议。 This paper begins with the standardization implementation and application of AVEVA intelligent P&ID system to introduce the operation flow of AVEVA intelligent P&ID design system on the actual project.Compared with the traditional design pattern,the intelligent P&ID design system establishes a standardized design flow, database, legend and related rules,which facilitates the collaborative design of high efficiency,reliable management, economical and convenient as well as quality controllable transfer of results. At the same time this paper summarizes the problems encountered in the implementation process,mainly related to the integration of management and integrated design platform, and proposes recommendations for the deep- level application of intelligent P&ID design system,.
