精准医学时代肾脏纤维化研究的机遇和挑战 被引量:4

摘要 2015年初,美国总统奥巴马在国情咨文演讲中正式宣布启动“精准医学计划”。一时间,精准医学迅速成为全球性健康热词,也成为推动医学发展的新理念。所谓精准医学是以个体化医疗为特征,以基因组测序技术与生物信息和大数据分析为基础的新型医疗模式。
