降糖治疗对心血管终点事件的影响：过去、现在及未来 被引量：3

摘要 1922年，Banting和Best成功发现了胰岛素，宣告糖尿病不再是不治之症，标志着糖尿病治疗进入新纪元。此后，随着各种降糖药物的先后问世，糖尿病患者寿命显著延长，但是糖尿病慢性并发症的危害也逐渐显现，特别是心脑血管疾病，目前已经成为糖尿病患者致残和致死的主要原因。
