摘要 以水稻品种武运粳30为材料,通过盆栽试验,研究了不同水平的土壤水分和施钾耦合对水稻苗期根系生理和形态的影响。结果表明:在80%~90%土壤饱和含水量条件下水稻根系干物质量显著增加;在施钾条件下水稻根长和根尖数显著增加;在80%~90%饱和含水量+施钾200 mg/kg风干土条件下水稻的根冠比、根表面积和根系活力均最大,此组合条件为水稻苗期最佳的水钾耦合模式。 The coupling effects of different levels of water and potassium on the physiology and morphology of root system of rice variety Wuyunjing 30 at seedling stage were studied through pot experiment. The results indicated that: the amount of dry matter of rice root system increased significantly under the condition of 80% ~ 90% saturated soil water content; the root length and root tip number of rice increased significantly under the condition of potassium application; the root-shoot ratio,root surface area and root activity of rice all were the highest under the conditions of 80% ~ 90% saturated soil water content plus applying 200 mg potassium per 1 kg air-dried soil,and these conditions were the best water-potassium coupling mode for rice seedlings.
