摘要
为探究商洛核桃青皮多糖热水浸提的最佳工艺条件,以多糖提取率为响应值,在单因素实验基础上,以液料比、提取时间、提取温度为考察因素,采用响应面法(RSM)建立数学模型,筛选最佳提取工艺。研究结果表明,商洛核桃青皮多糖最佳提取条件为:液料比30∶1,浸提时间2.5 h,提取温度90℃,在此条件下多糖提取率可达到7.01%。各因素对提取率影响的大小顺序为:提取温度>提取时间>液料比。此工艺合理可行,可用于商洛核桃青皮多糖的提取。
In order to explore the optimum process conditions for the hot- water extraction of polysaccharide from Shangluo walnut green peel,the author took polysaccharide extraction rate as response value,took water-material ratio,extraction time and extraction temperature as investigated factors,used response surface method( RSM) to establish a mathematical model based on the results of single-factor experiments,and screened out the best polysaccharide extraction conditions as follows: water-material ratio 30 ∶ 1,extraction time 2. 5 h,and extraction temperature 90 ℃. Under these conditions,the polysaccharide extraction rate could reach 7.01%. The influence of various factors on polysaccharide extraction rate showed the following order: extraction temperature extraction time water-material ratio. This process is reasonable and feasible,and it can be used for the extraction of polysaccharide from Shangluo walnut green peel.
