近距离煤层上下采空区自燃综合防治技术 被引量:4

Comprehensive Prevention and Control Technology of Spontaneous Combustion in Upper and Lower Gobs of Close Distance Coal Seams

摘要 祁东矿924工作面上覆8224采空区,随着工作面的回采,上下采空区贯通加剧了采空区的遗煤氧化。在924工作面回采时发现上覆8224采空区存在高温危险区域,为了消除采空区安全隐患,对924工作面近距离煤层上下采空区自燃危险性进行分析。通过采取上下封堵漏风通道、注氮惰化上下采空区和定点灌注三相泡沫消除高温点等综合防灭火技术措施,在924工作面回采过程中,924工作面上隅角未出现CO超限现象,上覆8224采空区气体指标保持正常状态,保障了924工作面的安全回采。 The 924 working face of Qidong Mine is covered with 8224 gob,with the mining of working face,the connection of upper and lower gobs intensified the residual coal oxidation of gob. During the mining of 924 working face,it was found that there was a high temperature risk area in the overlying 8224 gob. In order to eliminate the safety hidden danger,the risk of spontaneous combustion in the upper and lower gobs of 924 working face is analyzed. By adopting comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technologies including blocking upper and lower air leakage passage,injecting nitrogen to inert upper and lower gobs and fixed-point pouring into three-phase foam to eliminate high temperature points,in the mining process of 924 working face,the upper corner of 924 working face does not appear CO overrunning phenomenon and the gas indicators of overlying 8224 gob remain normal state,which ensures the safe mining of 924 working face.
