长壁缓倾斜老采空区点柱式注浆新方法

A New Method of Point Pillar Grouting for Old Longwall Goaf

摘要 在分析长壁老采空区"活化"变形机理的基础上,结合部分开采岩层移动控制理论,对控制老采空区残余沉降的注浆充填的技术方法进行了研究。结果表明:长壁缓倾斜老采空区注浆充填方式可分为点柱式注浆、带状式注浆和全部注浆3种类型,并简要分析了各类注浆充填老采空区控制残余变形机理。提出了长壁老采空区点柱式注浆设计新方法,并通过理论研究给出了注浆柱尺寸和注浆孔间距设计原则;注浆孔首先应布置在采空区边界附近(注浆体扩散半径范围内),对采空区边界空洞和欠压密区进行注浆充填。 Old goaf grouting filling technology and methods for controlling the residual subsidence were studied based on analysis of the activation mechanism of old longwall goaf and part mining strata movement control theory. The results show that grouting filling for the old longwall goaf can be divided into the point pillar grouting,the strip grouting and the whole grouting three types. A new designed method of point pillar grouting for old longwall goaf was proposed. Furthermore,column size and hole spacing design principles of the point pillar grouting were proposed through the theoretical research. In order to grout and fill for boundary hollow and under-voltage dense area of the mined-out area,grouting hole should first be arranged in mined-out area( within the scope of diffusion radius of grouting body) near the border.
