摘要
针对煤层松软破碎导致的瓦斯抽放钻孔成孔率低、钻孔深度浅的问题,利用梳状钻孔治理瓦斯的抽采工艺,将主孔布置于顶/底板稳定岩层中,控制分支孔进入煤层进行瓦斯抽采,可提高钻孔深度。结合赵庄矿应用条件,优化钻孔布孔形式、布孔层位和分支孔施工工艺,赵庄矿应用表明:该工艺在松软煤层中钻孔抽采深度可以达到300 m以上,分支孔间距可以缩短至24 m,优化出了双重分支孔布孔形式,有效提高了钻孔瓦斯抽采效果。
In order to solve the problem of poor drainage hole completion rate,short gas drainage drilling distance,we use the technology of comb-like drilling to control gas,and the main borehole is arranged in the roof or floor stratum in the soft seam to control branch boreholes to go into the coal seam and conduct gas drainage,and it can increase drilling depth. Combined with the condition of Zhaozhuang Coal Mine,we optimized the drilling forms,stratum,and construction technology of branch boreholes. The results showed that in a single borehole,the depth over 300 m,branch boreholes spacing can be controlled at 24 m; the optimized double branch holes effectively improved the effect of the drilling gas drainage.
