摘要
为满足低空开放和通用航空发展的迫切需求,提出通航过点位置信息动态更新系统的设计方案,根据通航特点及业务流程详细给出系统总体框架及功能的设计方法,针对通航无法严格执行飞行计划的特点,在判断航空器飞行意图后,采用粗处理、临界处理、细处理相结合的技术更新预计过点位置信息,给出系统的实现方法。工程应用及测试结果表明,该系统能够满足通航过点位置信息动态更新的业务需求,为保障通用航空器安全飞行提供技术参考。
To meet the urgent needs of low-altitude open airspace and general aviation development,the design scheme of flight point position information dynamic update system in general aviation was presented.Based on the features and operational process of general aviation,the design methods of general framework and functions were presented.In view of the characteristics that the general aviation cannot strictly implement the flight plan,the aircraft flight intent was judged,and the technologies of rough processing,critical processing and fine processing were combined to update the estimated flight point position information.The system implementation method was presented.The engineering application and the test results show that the system can well meet the requirements of flight point position information dynamic update in general aviation and also can provide technical references for flight safety.
