摘要 针对煤矿大功率螺杆式空压机在运行过程中存在供气量与用气量不能保持动态平衡而造成供气不足或供气过量,缺乏统一集中监控和信息化管理等问题,通过研制以变频器、PLC可编程控制器、组态软件为技术核心的空压机房变频节能集控系统,实现了矿井供、用气的动态平衡和整个系统的节能控制、远程起停、故障报警、数据采集与存储等功能。 Aiming at mining high-power rotary screw air compressor had the problems dur- ing operational process, such as air demand and air consumption could not keep dynamic equilib- rium, and lack of unified centralized monitoring and informatization management, the authors developed air compressor room frequency conversion and energy saving centralized control system which rely on frequency converter, programmable logic controller (PLC), configuration software as core technology. The system achieved dynamic equilibrium between air demand and air con- sumption, energy-saving control, remote control start and stop, failure warning, data collection and saving and so on.
