摘要
文章在界定定题信息服务质量的概念及评判标准的基础上,从信息服务机构的资源条件、服务小组的结构与素质、服务对象与服务课题的状况、服务小组与服务对象的配合程度4个方面探讨了定题信息服务质量的影响因素,并从优化信息服务机构资源配置、重视服务小组的组建与管理、加强服务小组与服务对象间的互动交流、加强对服务对象的培训4个方面提出定题信息服务质量的提升策略。
Based on defining the concept and the evaluation standards of SDI service quality, this paper analyzes the influence factors through the following four aspects: the situation of agency's resources, the structure and quality of service team, the situation of service object and service team, the cooperation between the service team and service object. And it also gives the promotion strategies of SDI service quality which includes optimizing the resource distribution of information service, paying attention to building and management of service team, strengthening the interaction between service team and service object, and sttach importance to the training of the service objects.
