摘要
江阴市图书馆2014年推出"三味书咖"全民阅读实践项目,实行政府与社会资本合作(PPP)模式,取得了政府、图书馆、企业、读者的共赢。文章就江阴市图书馆PPP模式基础、运行模式的建构与成效进行分析,在此基础上,总结江阴市图书馆PPP模式成功运行的启示,以便为PPP模式在图书馆领域里的推广提供借鉴和参考。
“Sanwei Book Cafe” is a program of public reading alliance promoted by Jiangsu Jiangyin City Public Library in the collaborative mode of “Public Library ＋ Cafe” in 2014, which achieves benefits of the government, libraries, readers and business through introducing PPP mode. The article summarizes the successful practice revelation of the PPP mode of Jiangyin City public library on the basis of analysis of the base, construction and effect of the mode in order to provide reference for the PPP mode extension in the field of library.
