摘要
对美国iCaucus院校图书馆的推特服务情况进行网络调研,对19所图书馆推特的注册时间、粉丝数、推文数、更新频率、推文类型等情况进行统计分析,从信息发布、链接中转、技术服务、用户互动4个方面对美国iCaucus院校图书馆的推特服务内容进行具体介绍。国内图书馆需要借鉴其经验,利用新媒体延伸图书馆服务,使读者通过新媒体平台更加便捷地了解、使用图书馆。
Through an online research of the Twitter service of American iCaucus university libraries, the paper makes a statistic analysis of the number of fans and tweets, registration time, update frequency and the tweets types, and introduces the contents of the twitter service of American iCaucus university libraries from four aspects, including the release of information, link and transit, technical services and user interaction. Domestic libraries need to learn from their experience and use new media to extend the library services so that readers can understand and use the libraries in a more convenient way.
