骨科患者手术医院感染的危险因素与预防措施

Risk factors and preventive measures of hospital infections in patients in the department of orthopedics

目的针对骨科手术患者感染的危险因素,探讨手术室医院感染控制对策,有效地预防及采取护理措施。方法选取医院2015年1-12月行手术的骨科患者,通过在工作中发现的问题,分析引发感染的危险因素,并提出有效护理措施。结果 9 559例骨科手术患者中发生手术部位感染39例,感染率0.04%,切断了引起医院手术室感染的途径,避免各项手术感染的发生。结论通过加强严格执行无菌操作、严格进行术中预防感染与控制以及控制手术时间、预防低体温等环节,以及严格落实相关的预防手术感染措施,使骨科手术部位的感染率得到有效降低。

OBJECTIVE According to the risk factors of infections in operation patients in the department of ortho- pedics, the control measures of hospital infections in operation rooms were discussed, and the effective prevention and nursing measures were taken. METHODS The operation patients in the department of orthopedics in our hospi- tal were selected, the risk factors of the infections were analyzed, and the effective nursing measures were put for- ward. RESULTS In 9 559 patients in department of orthopedics, 39 patients had surgical site infections, and the infection rate was 0.04 %. Cutting off the pathways of hospital infections in operation rooms could avoid the oc- currence of infections. CONCLUSION Through strengthening strict implementation of aseptic operation, strict op- eration in infection prevention and control and control of the operation time, prevention Of low temperature and other links, and strictly implementation of the measures related to the prevention of surgical infections, can effec- tively reduce the orthopedic surgical site infection rates.
