摘要
目的研究不同预处理方法对手术器械生锈的影响,为选择最佳的预处理方法提供依据。方法将医院乳腺科手术镊分为3组,器械污染后分别采取不同的预处理方法,自然干燥组从2014年7月开始满30d共3 672件,污染器械经流动水冲洗后自然干燥;干布擦干组从2014年8月开始满30d共1 794件,污染器械经流动水冲洗后干布擦干;保湿剂处理组从2014年9月满30d共3 790件,污染器械经流动水冲洗后用保湿剂进行保湿,所有器械由消毒供应中心统一回收后检查生锈情况并记录结果。结果 3组分别统计手术器械生锈率,自然干燥组0.50%,干布擦干组0.20%,保湿剂处理组0.06%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论为有效降低手术器械的生锈风险,应选择保湿剂对污染器械实施预处理干预。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of different pretreatments on preventing rusting of surgical instru- ments, so as to provide evidence for the best pretreatment measures. METHODS Surgical forceps for obstetrics and gynecology operation were randomly divided in three groups and each group undergone different pretreatments., the first group with 3672 pieces were pretreated by rinsing and drying at room temperature from Jul. 2014 and last 30d; the second group with 1794 pieces were pretreated by rising and dried by clean towels from Aug. 2014 and last 30d; the third group with 3790 pieces were pretreated by rinsing and medical humectants from Sep. 2014 and last 30d. All surgical instruments were collected at one time and inspected for rusting by CSSD. RESULTS The rusting rates of surgery instruments in three groups were 0.5 % for the first group, 0.2 % for the second group, 0.06 % for the third group,and the difference was significant (P〈0.01). CONCLUSION Medical humectant is an appropriate way of pretreatment to decrease the risks of surgical instrument rusting.
