Study on the Co- constructed Library in Public and University in the Middle and Small Cities

根据我国中小城市地校图书馆合并共建情况的调查,分析它们取得的成效与存在的问题。提出地校图书馆共建应在政府行政主导下采用双轨制进行,各实体馆保留并以总分馆制共建,各馆数字资源则集中共建成统一平台供大家存取。同时,还必须建立合理的利益平衡机制来保证共建方案的落实和可持续发展。

This paper analyzes the co-constructed library situation small cities. It analyzes the efficiency and existing problems, and of public and university in the middle and proposes that co-construction should be implemented by the double-track system. Each entity library reserves and co-constructs in the general-branch library system. The digital resources are concentrated on unified platform for everyone to access. At the same time, it is necessary to establish a reasonable interest balance mechanism to ensure the implementation of the project and sustainable development.
