Research on Influencing Factors Indicators Screening of Collaborative Innovation among Supply Chain Enterprises

供应链协同创新是现代企业追求高速发展的突破口。通过对供应链企业间协同创新的影响因素进行整理,运用Delphi法对相关因素指标进行统计分析,筛选出影响企业间协同创新的关键因素指标。研究结论:企业之间相互信任是合作的"基石";竞争地位相近、拥有雄厚资金实力的企业更容易完成彼此之间供应链的协同创新;技术创新与人才培养是中坚力量。

Supply chain collaborative innovation is a breakthrough in the pursuit of high speed development of modern enterprises.By analyzing the influencing factors on the supply chain collaborative innovation among enterprises,the Delphi method is used to analyze the indicators of related factors,and the key indicators of influencing factors which can affect the cooperative innovation among enterprises are selected. Conclusion： Mutual trust between enterprises is the ＂cornerstone＂of cooperation; the enterprises that have the similar competitive position and strong financial strength are easier to accomplish collaborative innovation in supply chain with each other; and technology innovation and talent cultivation are the backbone.
