第三方支付与商业银行的关系研究

Relation Research between Third-Party Payment and Commercial Bank

电子商务的快速发展使第三方支付的角色发生转变,由最初充当银行的合作者转变为多项业务的竞争者。因此,第三方支付对银行的绩效影响是值得关注的问题。研究首先运用面板数据回归分析双方的关系,得出第三方支付业年交易额及一期滞后交易额都会对当期银行绩效产生一定的负面冲击;最终通过演化博弈方法,得出双方在一定假设条件下的最终趋向,为政策建议提供有参考价值的结论。

The role of the third-party payment greatly changes due to rapid development of e-commerce from bank cooperator at first to competitor of various businesses. Therefore,it deserves attention to analyze the influence of third-party payment to bank performance. Firstly,the panel data regression is used to analyze the relations of both parties,and the analysis results show that both the annual transaction volume of third-party payment industry and the lagging transaction volume in phase I have certain negative impact to bank performance; and at last,the research shows that the final tendency of both parties under certain assumed conditions provides the reference value for the policy suggestion by virtue of evolutionary game theory.
