中国独角兽企业分析及其对江苏的启示

China Unicorn Enterprise Analysis and Its Revelation for Jiangsu Province

独角兽企业虽然是新兴事物,但是其高爆发、高成长的特性成为新经济时代的特殊的经济现象,研究独角兽企业的分布、特点及发展模式对于中国的经济转型或新经济的培育和发展具有重要的价值。基于此,根据国内外相关数据和排名,重点关注国内独角兽企业的成长和发展特色,分析独角兽企业的特征,研究其崛起原因和发展模式,指出江苏在独角兽企业培育方面存在的问题,并提出了针对性的对策,从而为新经济时代江苏培育独角兽企业提供一些参考和启示。

Although unicorn is an emerging thing,but its characteristics of high outbreak and high growth have become a special economic phenomenon in the new economic era; it has an important value about studying the distribution of the unicorn,characteristics and development mode for China＇s economic transformation or development of the new economy. Based on this,according to the related data and ranking at home and abroad,the authors focus on the growth and development features of the domestic unicorn enterprise,analyzes the characteristics of the unicorn enterprise,studies the cause for its rising and development mode,points out the problems of Jiangsu in unicorn cultivation,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,so as to provide some references and enlightenments for cultivating unicorn enterprise of Jiangsu in the new economic era.
