摘要
该文根据青岛农业大学食品科学与工程学院的研究生培养目标,结合研究生教学体系中《食品微生物学进展》教学的实际情况,从教学内容、教学方法以及考核方式等方面,进行了教学改革方法的探讨,以期提高学生的综合素质和实验技能。
According to postgraduate training objectives of food science and engineering college in Qingdao agricul-tural university,the actual situation of microbiology teaching was combined,the teaching reform methods were dis-cussed in this paper.The teaching content,method and examination way were reformed in order to improve the stu-dents' comprehensive quality and experimental skills.
