摘要对社会危机事件的发生如何进行有效的预测、决策和管理是当下迫切需要解决的问题。基于大数据的危机管理数据源具有及时性、准确性、全方位和可视化的特点,能够克服传统危机管理中信息的局限性。本文选取"全球脉动计划"和"目击者"项目为案例,分析了大数据在社会危机管理中的应用情况,力图为相关危机管理活动提供有益借鉴。 How to make effective forecast,decision and management of social crisis becomes the urgent problem to be solved at present. Big-data-based crisis management data is timely,accurate,comprehensive and visual,which can overcome the limitations of traditional crisis management information. The article takes ‘Global Pulse＇and ‘Ushahidi＇program as examples,analyzes the practice of Big Data in social crisis management,in order to provide some useful advices to related activities.
