当下中国已进入新常态,为国家治理的发展和提升带来了机遇。中国新型智库作为推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要内容,已经成为影响政府决策、衡量国家"软实力"的重要因素。建设中国特色新型智库,必须充分考虑当前我国国情和经济社会发展需求,同时也要汲取国外智库建设的成功经验。
