摘要
校本化的教师发展项目具有自需、自主、有效等特点,应用型本科教师发展中心在推进教师发展工作时,应采取校本化的教师发展项目。南阳理工学院在新教师入职培训、实践能力发展项目上进行了校本化探索和实践,取得了明显效果。
School-based teacher development programs have those features as self-demand,autonomy and effectiveness. We should use the school-based programs for teacher development when the development centers in applied universities promote the working of teacher development. Nanyang Institute of Technology has made great progress in school-based exploration on workshops and practical ability development programs for new teachers.
