摘要
为揭示益菌肽对肉羊生产性能和血液生理生化指标的影响,将40只3月龄杜寒(杜泊羊×小尾寒羊)杂种断奶公羔随机分为4组:Ⅰ组饲喂正大浓缩料+益菌肽;Ⅱ组饲喂自配料+益菌肽;Ⅲ组饲喂正大浓缩料;Ⅳ组饲喂自配料。育肥试验为期60 d,测定各组采食量和日增重指标变化。结果表明:添加益菌肽组(第Ⅰ组和第Ⅱ组)总增重和日增重均显著高于对照组(第Ⅲ组和第Ⅳ组)(P<0.05),添加益菌肽组试验期总精料和平均日耗精料低于对照组,添加益菌肽组经济效益优于对照组。添加益菌肽组羔羊血清尿素氮(BUN)和甘油三酯(TG)有降低的趋势,葡萄糖(GLU)有升高的趋势。说明添加益菌肽能够显著提高育肥羔羊的饲料转化率和日增重,增加经济效益。
To reveal the nutritional value of beneficial drosomycin for mutton sheep and its effects on production performance and physiological and biochemical indexes of lambs and provide a theoretical basis for its reasonable utilization,40 F1 lambs(Dorper ×Small-tail Han sheep)at the age of 3 months were divided into four groups:the first,fed Zhengda concentrated feedingstuff and beneficial drosomycin;the second,fed prepared artificially diet and beneficial drosomycin; the third(negative control group),fed Zhengda concentrated feedingstuff; the fourth(negative control group),fed prepared artificially diet. The feeding trials were conducted for 60 days,and the food intake,weight gain and changes in blood physiological and biochemical index of experimental lambs were measured. The results showed that the daily gain and total weight of beneficial drosomycin groups(the first and second)consumed increased significantly than those of negative control groups(the third and fourth)(P〈0.05). The total concentrated feed by the beneficial drosomycin groups(the first and second)were significantly lower than those in the negative control groups(the third and fourth)(P〈0.05). Economic benefit of beneficial drosomycin group was better than that of negative control group. After feeding of beneficial drosomycin,the serum total protein(TP),the urea(BUN)and triglycerides(TG)reduced significantly,while the glucose increased significantly. It indicated that the beneficial drosomycin could improve the feed conversion rate,daily gain,and economic benefit.
