在研究国家和省市发布的卫生信息化相关政策文件和大量文献的基础上,参照国家信息化评价指标体系,企业、教育、农业等多行业的信息化评价指标体系,借鉴已有的卫生信息化和医院信息化评价体系,结合我国慢性病防控的现状,构建慢病防控信息化水平评价指标体系,旨在科学衡量慢病防控信息化建设的各项工作,为慢病信息化的管理提供科学合理的依据。

On the basis of health informatization relevant policy and a large number of document research which were published by the nation, province and city. Reference to national informatization evaluation index system such as enterprise, education, agricultural and so on. Take ex- ample by the existing health informatization and hospital informatization evaluation system. Combine with general situation of chronic diseases prevention and control. Establish assessment index system for chronic diseases prevention and control informatization so as to scientifically measure the working of chronic diseases prevention and contrel informatization construction, and provide scientific and reasonable basis for chronic informatization management.
