基于“互联网+”模式下血费报销的几点思考

对2011-2015年青岛市无偿献血者血费返还情况进行调查,分析血费报销中出现的问题及免费用血返还总体趋势,力图破解无偿献血总量连续4年徘徊滞涨的现状,从中找出关联性因素,并通过引入"互联网+"模式,提出相关思路与建议,改进和完善目前血费报销业务流程,推动无偿献血事业持续健康发展。

In this article, the writer investigates the situation of blood expense reimbursement to voluntary blood donors from 2010 to 2015 in Qingdao. It analyzes the problem in blood expense reimbursement and the tendency in blood return service, tries hard to break the situation of why the total blood donation remain stagnant in four years, and finds out relevance factors. It puts forward correlation thinking and suggestion, improve and perfect the process efficiency and push volunteer blood donation sustainable development through using ＂Internet Plus＂ model.
