云南某贫困县农村留守儿童意外烧烫伤现状分析

Analysis of the status of unintentional burns among the left-behind children in a poverty county in Yunnan province

[目的]了解某贫困县农村留守儿童意外烧烫伤发生的现状,为今后制定有效的干预措施提供科学依据。[方法]应用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取某贫困县的5所学校共2909名学生（1630名留守儿童）为研究对象,采用问卷调查法、访谈法及观察法获得该县学龄期留守儿童规模及其在最近1年内意外烧烫伤的发生情况,并对其现状进行分析。[结果]该县农村留守儿童意外伤害发生率为34.0%,高于非留守儿童伤害发生率6.3%,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=13.541,P〈0.05）;留守儿童意外烧烫伤发生率为5.6%,与非留守儿童烧烫伤发生率（5.2%）无统计学差异（χ^2=0.165,P〉0.05）;各年龄组的意外烧烫伤发生率随年龄的增长而下降;64.9%农村留守儿童意外烧烫伤的发生在父母外出务工后,76.9%的烧伤发生在家中,并且63.7%是由自己造成的,在发生原因调查中,由做家务所致的占71.4%。[结论]该县农村留守儿童意外烧烫伤发生现况不容乐观,应加强留守儿童家庭意外伤害发生的预防干预,以预防和减少该县农村留守儿童意外烧烫伤的发生。

Objective To understand the present situation of accidental burns among the left - behind children in a poverty county so as to provide scientific evidence for formulating effective intervention measure in the future. Methods 2909 students （ 1630 left - behind children ）, were selected from 5 schools in a poverty county by multi - stage stratified cluster random sampling method. It got the data of left - behind chil- dren scale and the present situation of accidental burns in the last one year by questionnaire, interview and observation Methods. Results The incidence of accidental injury among the left - behind children in the county was 34. 0%, it was higher than the rate of 6. 3% among non - left -behind children and the difference was statistically significant （x^ 2 = 13. 541, P 〈0.05） . The incidence of accidental bums among the left - behind children in rural area was 5.6%, and among the non - left - behind children in rural area was 5.2%, the difference had not statisti- cally significant （x^2 =0. 165, P 〉0. 05） . The incidence declined along with the age growth among various age groups. 64. 9% leftbehind children occurred accidental burns were after their parents out for working, 76. 9% bums took place in the home, and 63.7% were mainly caused by themselves. 71.4% burns were due to the housework. Conclusions The incidence of unintentional bums among the left -behind children in that county is not allow optimistic. We should strengthen the prevention and intervention accidental injury among the left -behind children so as to preventing and reducing accidental bums among the left - behind children in that county.
