摘要 "多元化"应用型人才培养模式是以多种形式、多层次、多规格办学形式,以强化能力培养为目标,以社会需求为基点,实现专业结构优化的人才培养模式。医学院校肩负着培养医学专门人才的重要任务,随着社会需求变化,多元化应用型人才的培养已成为人才需求的重要方式,因此,作为普通高等医学院校应不断通过专业培养目标设定、培养方案调整、教学环节改善、教学资源整合等多方面协同发展,不断优化人才培养模式,提升人才培养质量。 Diversified application type talents training mode is kind of running school in various forms, multi - level, multi standard, its target is to strengthen ability training and meet the needs of society as the starting point, realize talents training mode of optimizing professional struc- ture. Medical colleges and universities shoulder important task of training medical talents. Along with the change of the social demand, diversified applied talents cultivation has become an important way of talent demand. Therefore, general medical colleges and universities should synergetic development continuous through setting professional training goal, adjusting training plan, improving teaching link and integrating teaching resources, constantly optimize talent training mode, improve the quality of personnel training.
