摘要
在企业技术战略转型的过程中,研发资源的投入不断增加,因此如何有效地配置研发资源也成为重要的议题。从"战略-结构-绩效"范式的角度出发,以三一重工为例进行个案研究,对企业技术战略与研发资源配置结构、创新绩效的关系进行研究,结果表明研发资源配置结构会随着技术战略的变化而调整,并影响创新绩效。研究结果发展了"战略-结构-绩效"范式在技术管理领域的理论研究,为技术战略升级的资源优化配置提供理论依据。
During the transformation of enterprises' technology strategy,the investment in RD resources has increased and how to allocate these resources effectively also becomes an important issue. From the perspective of strategy- structure- performance paradigm,this research aims to examine the relationships among technology strategy,RD resource structure and innovation performance through the case study of Sany Heavy Industry. The results show that RD resource structure varies with the change in technology strategy and further affects innovation performance. The research results develop the theoretical research on the strategy- structure- performance paradigm in the field of technology management,and provide theoretical reference for the optimization of resource allocation in the process of technology strategy upgrade.
