摘要
技术标准化对一国自主创新和国际竞争具有重要的战略意义,政府应在技术标准化过程中发挥重要作用。从政府介入技术标准化的必要性出发,明晰政府在技术标准化中的功能定位,凝练提出技术标准化的政府行为模式,旨在为政府科学定位和优化行为模式、进而加速我国技术标准化进程提供参考。
The technology standardization has important strategic significance for independent innovation and international competition of a country,so the government should play an important role in the process of technology standardization.Starting from the necessity of government intervention in technology standardization,this paper makes clear the government＇s function orientation and then puts forward the behavior patterns of government in technology standardization. This paper may provide references for scientific positioning and behavior patterns optimization of government and accelerate the process of technology standardization in China.
