新兴产业创新联盟的网络结构与创新绩效关系

The Relationship between Network Structure and Innovation Performance Oriented to Emerging Industry Innovation Alliance

以新兴产业创新联盟为研究对象,探讨其网络结构对创新绩效的影响,并基于社会网络理论,引入社交化联盟能力作为调节变量,在此基础上构建理论模型,提出相关假设,并对泰州生物医药新兴产业创新联盟进行调查,从而获得相关数据,验证新兴产业创新联盟的网络结构维度对其创新绩效的影响。研究结果表明,新兴产业创新联盟的网络多样性、网络强度、网络密度与创新绩效都存在倒U型关系,而网络位置与创新绩效存在正相关关系,网络稳定性与创新绩效没有明显相关性,而社交化联盟能力对网络结构影响创新绩效具有调节作用。

Taking emerging industrial innovation alliance as an object of study,this paper discusses the impact of its network structure on innovation performance. Based on social network theory,we use social alliance capabilities as the moderator,build theoretical model and propose assumptions. Furthermore,we conducted surveys in Taizhou emerging bio- pharmaceutical industry innovation alliance to obtain relevant data. Finally,it was verified that the dimensions of the network structure influence the performance of emerging industries innovation alliance. Network diversity,network strength,and network density have inverted U- shaped relationship with innovation performance. The network location is positively correlated with innovation performance. The network stability does not have inverted relationship with innovation performance.And social alliance capabilities can mediate their relationship.
