LED产业集群中资源优化组织的关键路径——基于产业链创新协同平台视角

Research on the Critical Path of Resource Organization in LED Cluster Supply Chain from the Perspective of Industry Chain Innovation Collaboration Platform

以提升LED产业集群中资源组织效率为目的,基于产业链创新服务平台视角,从产业链平台的业务流程出发,寻找资源组织的关键路径。基于提升资源组织速度的考虑,使用包括基本信息层、结构信息层、活动信息层、能力信息层和时间信息层的5层资源描述方法构建LED产业平台中虚拟单元。通过LED产业链平台中的应用,证明本方法在实践中是有效的。

In order to improve the efficiency of resource organization in LED supply chain cluster,based on the perspective of industrial chain innovation service platform,the paper finds the key path through the business process of industry chain platform. In order to enhance the speed of resource organization,the five- layer description method is used,which includes basic information layer,structure layer,information layer,ability layer information and time information layer,and virtual unit in LED industry platform is constructed. Through the application of LED industry chain platform,this method is proved to be effective in practice.
