内皮祖细胞与衰老相关研究的进展

The progress review: the relationship between aging and endothelial progenitor cells dysfunction

摘要 内皮祖细胞是内皮细胞的前体细胞,主要存在于骨髓中,在多种生理病理因素刺激下,可从骨髓动员到外周血,募集到损伤组织并参与血管的修复。增龄个体血管内皮功能下降,易形成内皮损伤,引起各种血管疾病的发生,同时老年心血管疾病患者中内源性内皮祖细胞减少,内皮祖细胞分泌功能下降,阻碍损伤血管的修复。本文综述了衰老与内皮祖细胞功能下降的关系,并对内皮祖细胞在增龄缺血性疾病中的应用前景进行展望。 Endothelial progenitor cells are precursors of endothelial cells, mainly derives from the bone marrow. A variety of physiological and pathological factors can mobilize them into the peripheral blood, to repair the damaged tissue and to participate in angiogenesis. The ageing individuals who suffered from endothelial dysfunction are sensitive to endothelial damages. The reduced endothelial progenitor cells and the decreased secret function will hinder angiogenesis in elderly patients. In this article,we reviewed the relationship between aging and endothelial progenitor cells dysfunction, and looked into the therapy prospect in using endothelial progenitor cells in ischemic diseases.
