摘要
患者男，67岁，因“进食哽噎感伴胸骨后不适4个月余”入院。患者4个月来体重下降约3kg，无呕血、黑便等症状，入院体检未发现明显阳性体征。人院查血常规：RBC 3.37×10^12/L，Hb 110g／L，WBC 7.2×10^9/L，PLT 173×10^9／L；粪便常规＋潜血、血生化及肿瘤标志物均未见明显异常。
