摘要
文章首先简述了IEC 61850标准的发展过程和最新进展;其次讨论了IEC 61850应用于配电自动化系统的收益;最后就IEC 61850应用于配电自动化系统需要解决的8个关键技术问题进行了分析,给出了解决思路或方向。
Firstly, development process and latest achievement of IEC61850 are briefly introduced. Then, the benefits of implementing IEC61850 in distribution automation system （DAS） are discussed. Finally, 8 key technical issues which have to be solved when IEC61850 are implemented in DAS are analyzed, and solutions or ideas are proposed.
