摘要
IEC 61968和IEC 61850是智能电网领域中2个核心的系列标准,目前IEC 61850标准正逐步将其应用范围扩展到配电自动化、分布式能源监控等领域,IEC 61968和IEC 61850信息模型的差异将会在使用2个标准进行配电网信息集成时产生许多不一致的情况,将阻碍信息集成的正常进行。文章基于IEC 61968和IEC61850标准的量测模型,分析2个模型在量测表达方面的差异性,作为这2个信息模型融合的量测方面基础。
IEC 61968 and IEC 61850 are two key standards in smart grid. Nowadays, IEC 61850 is gradually extending its application domains to distribution automation, DER supervision and control, etc. The differences between the information models of IEC 61968 and IEC 61850 will cause lots of inconsistencies when using the two standards to fulfill distribution network information integration, thus hindering the normal integration process. Based upon the IEC 61968 and IEC 61850 information models, the differences on measurement expression of the two models are analyzed, which can be the basis of the measurement model for the harmonization of these two information models.
