基于IEC 61850的配电自动化系统功能测试对于保证系统在实际工况下的正确运行起到重要作用。但功能测试也面临很多挑战,尤其是配电自动化系统的组成部分在地理上分布很广泛。文章首先介绍了IEC61850 Ed2.0中定义的与测试相关的特性;然后讨论了各种功能测试的方法;最后提出了一些专门的测试类型。这些测试可保证配电自动化系统作为整体在有通信延时的实际工况下满足功能要求。

Functional testing of IEC 61850 distribution automation systems （DAS） plays a very important role in ensuring their correct operation under real life system conditions. It presents multiple challenges, especially due to the fact that the components of the DAS are distributed over a geographical area. The paper introduces the testing related features defined in IEC 61850 Edition 2, followed by a discussion of different functional testing methods. The paper then presents some specific types of test that are required to ensure that the DAS meets the functional requirements as a system and in actual system conditions where the latency of communications may play an important role.
