Comparison and Analysis on the Transmission Grid Reliability Performance Management between Domestic and Overseas

随着电力系统的变革,电网规模、电网结构、设施种类以及管理需求发生了变化,现有的输电网可靠性性能管理在管理手段、管理范围和领域、管理技术等方面需要进行改进。文章介绍了中国以及北美地区输电网可靠性性能管理的方式体系并进行对比分析,同时指出中国在输电网可靠性性能管理方面所存在的问题以及在电力改革大环境下的未来发展方向,可为中国输电网可靠性性能管理提供参考。

In recent years, with the transformation of the energy structure and the electric power market, the size of power grid, the structure of grid, the type of facilities, and the management requirement have changed a lot. The existing reliability management of electric power facilities has shown disadvantages in terms of management means, management scope and management technology, and so on. This paper introduces domestic and overseas grid reliability performance management, analyzes the difference of the grid reliability performance management between China and North America and proposes the problem of the power reliability management technology, indicators and management in China, finally, puts forward the key techniques in need of improvement for grid reliability performance management in the future, providing a reference for the follow-up management improvement.
