摘要
探析宋代2次解剖学事件与由此绘制的解剖图《存真图》《欧希范五脏图》,并对宋代解剖图的绘制特点作了分析,认为宋代解剖图重写意、轻形质,在脏腑位置、形态与生理功能的表达上存在以图像求证经典的基本立场。在历史上颇具影响的宋代解剖事件与解剖图的绘制,并没有将医学带向实质脏器研究,并进一步探求生理的科学方向,本应"眼见为实"的医学解剖图在经典意识的影响下远离了医学真实。
Reviewed the two anatomy events in the Song dynasty and the anatomical atlas drew according to the events,Remaining true figure and O'xifan five-organs figure,the author believes that the anatomical atlas of the Song dynasty were far more concentrated to imagery than concreteness. The picture authors took an obvious position to certify the TCM classics by the anatomy figures, which was reflected in the image expressions of Zangfu( viscera) location,morphology,and physiological function. The anatomy events and the pictures which had great influences in following dynasties did not lead the TCM to a further scientific and practical direction. It is a regret that the anatomical atlases at that time abandoned the rule of "seeing is believing"in drawing and deviated from the medical truth.
