张唐法主任医师行医近50载,对针灸治疗功能性消化不良颇有独到之处。故从中医整体观念出发,重视五脏之间的相互关系及生理特点,认为功能性消化不良虽病变在胃,但与脾肾密切相关,重视脾肾在本病发展转归中的重要作用。治疗主张从脾肾论治,健脾与补肾同治,同时针药结合,擅用背腧穴和穴位注射,强调针刺补泻手法,配合心理疏导,取得了良好的临床疗效。
