家庭雾化治疗在儿童呼吸系统疾病中的临床应用

Clinical application of family atomization therapy in treatment of children with respiratory diseases

目的观察采用家庭雾化治疗儿童呼吸系统疾病的临床治疗效果,为临床治疗提供依据。方法随机选取2012年3月-2015年3月在该院经雾化治疗等综合治疗病情好转的呼吸系统疾病患儿96例作为研究对象,分为雾化吸入组和观察组,各48例。观察组给予临床常规治疗;雾化吸入组在观察组的基础上给予雾化吸入治疗。分别记录两组患者的临床治疗效果和复发情况,并进行比较。结果雾化吸入组有效率为95.83%,观察组有效率为72.92%;雾化吸入组有效率明显优于观察组;且雾化吸入组的复发率明显低于观察组,差异均具有统计学意义（χ^2=9.560、6.008,均P〈0.05）。结论采用家庭雾化治疗儿童呼吸系统疾病,反复咳喘得到有效控制,复发率低,且无明显不良反应,对儿童生长发育无影响。

Objective To observe clinical curative effect of family atomization therapy in treatment of children with respiratory diseases,provide a basis for clinical treatment. Methods Ninety-six children with respiratory diseases were randomly selected from the hospital from March 2012 to March 2015 as research object,then they were divided into atomization therapy group and observation group,48 children in each group. The children in observation group were treated by clinical routine therapy,while the children in atomization therapy group were treated by clinical routine therapy and family atomization therapy. The clinical curative effects and recurrence rates in the two groups were recorded and compared. Results The effective rates in atomization therapy group and observation group were 95. 83% and 72. 92%,respectively; the effective rate in atomization therapy group was significantly better than that in observation group; the recurrence rate in atomization therapy group was statistically significantly lower than that in observation group（ χ^2= 9. 560,P 0. 05; χ^2= 6. 008,P 〈0. 05）.Conclusion Family atomization therapy has the advantages of good curative effect,low recurrence rate,and minimal adverse reactions in treatment of children with respiratory diseases,it has no impact on growth and development of children.
