采用不同锰含量冷作0Cr18Ni10Ti薄壁不锈钢管钨极氩弧环焊试验 被引量:2

摘要 采用锰含量为1.27%,1.35%和1.44%的三种冷作0Cr18Ni10Ti薄壁不锈钢管与锰含量为1.35%的冷作0 Cr18 Ni10 Ti不锈钢端塞进行钨极氩弧环焊,研究了不锈钢中锰元素含量的不同对环焊缝质量的影响。结果表明,在相同焊接条件下,锰元素含量为1.44%的薄壁不锈钢管与端塞环缝焊接的金相性能最好,焊接参数选择合适,锰元素含量增加到1.44%,会显著改善环焊缝金相性能,有效避免焊接裂纹等缺陷的产生,同时获得合格焊缝熔深。适当增加冷作0Cr18Ni10Ti薄壁不锈钢管中锰元素的含量,可明显改善钨极氩弧环焊缝质量。 Three kinds of cold worked 0Cr18Ni10 Ti thin-walled stainless steel tubes with Mn content of 1.27%,1.35% and 1.44% were joined to cold worked 0Cr18Ni10 Ti stainless steel end plug with Mn content of 1.35% by TIG girth welding,and the effects of Mn content in stainless steel on weld quality were studied.The results show that under the same welding condition,thin-walled stainless steel tubes with Mn content of 1.44% and end plug girth welding of thin-walled stainless steel has the best metallographic performance.At the appropriate welding parameters,the Mn content increase to 1.44%,which will significantly improve the performance of girth weld,effectively avoid crack,and the qualified weld penetration can be obtained.Therefore,the appropriate increase of the Mn content in cold worked 0Cr18Ni10 Ti stainless steel tube can significantly improve the TIG girth welding quality.
