美国教师教育中服务学习的特征与效果 被引量:1

摘要 20世纪90年代以来,服务学习已经广泛运用到美国教师教育中。美国教师教育中服务学习的特征有:国家给予法律、资金等方面的支持;大学重视教师教育中的服务学习;服务学习的网络资源丰富;反思贯穿于服务学习的始终;服务学习研究得以重视。教师教育中服务学习的效果是:改善了职前教师的学习成绩,增强了职前教师的社会责任感;使职前教师把课堂所学的知识与实践相联系;对职前教师以后职业有积极的影响。
